Refunds & Returns

At Cypress Detergent, we take pride in supplying high-quality wholesale cleaning products. Due to the nature of our business and the products we distribute, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and fairness to all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under valid circumstances, including:

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Missing items from an order

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Over-ordering or ordering the wrong product
  • Opened, used, or tampered products

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • All original labels, seals, and packaging must remain intact

2. Return Request Window

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Any requests made after this period may not be approved.

3. How to Request a Return

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos showing the problem (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Return Approval

Returns must be approved in writing before being sent back.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our fault

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Items are returned used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • The return request falls outside the allowed timeframe
  • The reason does not meet our return eligibility criteria

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately within the 3-day window
  • Provide clear proof (photos/videos)

We will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)

8. Shipping Issues

Cypress Detergent is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any shipping-related concerns.

9. Wholesale Policy Notice

As a wholesale supplier, all sales are considered final unless they meet the return conditions outlined above. We strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before purchasing.
